The out of shool club is open to every family in the community. No child, individual or family will be excluded from, or given preference in, club activities on grounds of age, gender, sexuality, family status, disability, culture, religion or belief.

Children will be added to the waiting list on payment of a registration fee. This registration fee is refundable if, at the end of one year no place has been offered. If a place is offered and not taken up, the fee is not returnable.

We use the following policy for accepting children from the waiting list:

•  Priority will be given to children of club staff members, then children attending the Manor School, then any child from the local community.

• In general children will be admitted on a first come first served basis, according to the above criteria, from the waiting list as places become available.
• There will be flexibility at the discretion of the committee in exceptional circumstances.
