If you lose your form or need another, you can download a template booking form here, or you can register your email address with the club bookings manager and we will send you booking forms each month, pre-completed with the club operating dates for that month. 

We operate bookings on a first-come-first-served basis, with committee members receiving their booking forms one week in advance. 

At busy times we operate a waiting list system.  In these cases we will try to arrange extra staff if there are more than 3 children on the waiting list. If we reach our licensed capacity we will be unable to book further places.

We will inform you as soon as possible if your booking has been placed on the waiting list or if we have reached our capacity.
